This new blog site is a journal documenting the road from selfishness to caring about the earth, from self-destructiveness to true inner healing, and from a focus on things to people. Having reached the other side of my midlife crisis, fought a battle against kidney stones and won, and am still waging war on a serious illness experienced by my husband - my focus has changed abruptly and dramatically.
This blog site will focus on healing - on a personal level as well as a global level. Here I will highlight insights I gain as I make my life's journey on techniques, products, books, natural remedies, music - anything that I find that creates forward movement towards wellness on an individual as well as a planetary level.
